Introducing Livity

Dr Chanelle Myrie - Founder
Consultant Clinical Psychologist | Mental Health Researcher | HCPC Registered

I created Livity because I believe wellbeing support should be accessible, culturally informed, and grounded in what actually works.

Why Livity?

I've spent 15 years working as a clinical psychologist and mental health researcher, specializing in Black mental health. Throughout my career, I've seen how transformative the right support can be - but I've also seen how traditional talking therapies aren't always accessible or the right fit for everyone.

That's why I created Livity.

I wanted to offer more accessible ways for people to nurture their wellbeing - something tangible, thoughtful, and grounded in what actually works. These wellbeing boxes aren't just products. They're a way of saying: you matter, your wellbeing matters, and support can come in many forms.

What Drives This Work

I'm genuinely passionate about supporting wellbeing in ethnically marginalized communities. My work as a researcher in Black mental health has shown me the specific pressures, barriers, and experiences that often go unacknowledged in mainstream wellbeing spaces.

Livity exists to bridge that gap - offering support that's not only evidence-based but also culturally informed and deeply rooted in understanding the real challenges people face.

My Approach

Everything in these boxes has been carefully chosen with both research and care in mind. As a clinical psychologist, I know what works. As someone who understands the importance of feeling seen and valued, I've created something I hope makes you feel cared for, supported, and understood.

Whether you're building daily rituals, exploring aromatherapy, or simply taking a moment to prioritize yourself - these boxes are here to support you in practical, meaningful ways.

Wellbeing isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is support. This is mine to you.
