These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Livity website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Orders
2.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our wellbeing boxes as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the colour or appearance of products.
2.2 Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.
2.3 Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
3.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our approved payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be processed.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Area
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
4.2 Delivery Times
We dispatch orders weekly, on Saturdays. Orders must be received by 11.59pm on Thursday evening in order to be dispatched on Saturday. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Delivery Costs
Delivery costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4.4 Risk and Title
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. Title to products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, for any reason.
5.2 How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at hello@inlivity.co,uk stating your intention to cancel. You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
5.3 Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us.
5.4 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. We will refund the product price but not your original delivery costs or your return shipping costs.
5.5 Exceptions
Your right to cancel does not apply to products that have been opened or unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Product Use
Our wellbeing boxes are intended for general wellness purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have any health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
6.2 Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
