Wellbeing Session Voucher - Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Details

  • This voucher entitles the holder to one 30-minute psychological wellbeing session with a qualified therapist from Uprising Minds

  • Sessions can be delivered either in-person at LJ Works, 1-7 Gastineau Yard, London SW9 7FA, or virtually via video call

  • The voucher value is £70

2. Validity & Expiry

  • This voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase stated on the voucher

  • Sessions must be booked AND completed within the 6-month validity period

  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, refunded, or extended except at the sole discretion of Uprising Minds in exceptional circumstances

3. Booking Requirements

  • Sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability

  • Voucher sessions are available on selected Saturdays of each month, between 12:00pm - 4:00pm

  • To book, the voucher holder must visit [www.inlivity.co.uk] and follow the booking instructions, providing their voucher code

  • Minimum 48 hours advance notice is required for all bookings

  • Uprising Minds reserves the right to offer alternative available times if the preferred date is fully booked

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • The voucher holder may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice

  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to attend a booked session, will result in forfeiture of the voucher with no refund or replacement

  • One rescheduling is permitted; subsequent changes are at the discretion of Uprising Minds

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

  • At the sole discretion of Livity, vouchers may be exchanged for Livity wellbeing box products of equivalent value, subject to availability

  • No refund will be given if the voucher holder chooses not to use the session

6. Transferability

  • Vouchers are fully transferable and may be gifted to another person

  • The person redeeming the voucher does not need to be the original purchaser

  • Only one person may redeem each voucher code

7. Session Terms

  • Sessions are provided by qualified therapists from Uprising Minds

  • Uprising Minds reserves the right to terminate a session early if the therapist deems it necessary for safety or professional reasons, with no refund or replacement

  • Sessions are confidential in accordance with professional therapeutic standards

8. Limitations

  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

  • Vouchers have no cash value and no change will be given

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced

9. General

  • These terms and conditions may be updated at any time; the version in effect at the time of purchase applies

  • Uprising Minds reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion
